Statement Images is a collective of photographers with a curiosity for the world which they wish to explore through imagery, whether still or moving. The collective started in late 2008 as members became disillusioned at the quality, style, impact and the direction photography in the mainstream press was heading.

This was fantastic! I love costuming.
I went to my very first larp last weekend and I loved it! I really want to get into it a bit more and get better. So far the only thing that I am any good at is making costumes and giving a convincing battle cry. The actual fighting part is really frightening.
I have some pretty epic pictures...I am the blue sea elf.

Sirs,

Although we HAVE met before, linear causality causes us Chrononauts endless confusion, so I'm not entirely sure if that has happened yet from YOUR point of view, so allow me to introduce myself: Brigadier Sir Arthur Weirdy-Beardy {retired}, founder of The Imperial Empyreanautical, Chryptogeographical, & Chrononautical Society, and Editor in Chief of its official journal, 'The Chrononautical Times'.

The Imperial Empyreanutical, Chryptogeographical & Chrononautical Society is London's premier Gentleman’s* Club for those who relish the exploration of the very boundaries of human** endeavour : be it across the Heavens, to Legendary Lost Lands, or through Time itself.

* Although, not all of our members are male - women are allowed too.
** Although, not all of our members are human - some are... are... are not.

Splendid!

Anyway, what was I going to say? I know I had a reason for sending you this ether-mail...

Oh yes! That was it! You have been recommended to me by certain associates of mine, of whom I believe you had the pleasure during a recent LARPing event.

I thought you might perhaps like to send a 'snapper' to an event yours truly and certain members of the IEC&C are attending at the weekend, and have consequently attached 'on-the-line' links to a couple of plots upon the International Network Of Linked Computational Engines, which will furnish you with further information.

I hope you'll be inspired to attend, and find some suitably adventurous images for your own plot.

Yours, and all that,

Brigadier Sir Arthur Weirdy-Beardy {retired}
